Locate by address means locating a marker on Google Maps based on the address and it will generate your location's longitude and latitude.

What is meant by Locate by Geo-Coordinates?
Locate by Geo-Coordinates means locating marker directly based on latitude and longitude if you already have.
Generate GEO Coordinates
A Geo coordinates system is a coordinate system that enables every location on Earth to be specified by a set of numbers, letters, or symbols.
Select the type of location as Address.
Map the required column for address.
Select the required column for Latitude and Longitude. (or)
Click the "+" icon to create new columns for Latitude and Longitude.
On Generation, it will create the latitude and longitude according to the address mentioned in the Google Sheet.
Cache Geo Coordinates
One of the best feature is, it will cache your locations latitude and longitude and reuse.
